Daily Routine

Now that the school session has begun in earnest and we have our first volunteer coming next week, we have developed a schedule for the children to follow to get them on a regular daily routine. We believe this newfound discipline will benefit them greatly, especially in the learning and practicing of English.

Daily Schedule for Joining Hands Nepal Family Home:

6:00 – 6:30    Wake up & Wash
6:30 – 7:00    Morning Tea
7:00 – 8:00    Morning Study
8:00 – 9:00    Rec Class (art, music, yoga, etc..)
9:00 – 9:30    Lunch
9:30 – 10:00  Leave for School
10:00 – 4:00  School Time
4:00 – 4:30    Afternoon Snack & Tea
4:30 – 5:30    Free Time
5:30 – 6:30    English Conversation Class
6:30 – 7:30    Evening Study
7:30 – 8:00    Dinner
8:00 – 9:30    Free Time until Bed
10:00              Must be in bed
